Wesbank be careful who you endorse

I paid for my licenses renewal on the 10 February 2022, to Road Protect as endorsed on your webapge, the vehicle license expired on the 28 February 2022, on the 11 February 2022 I received an email from a Andrea Steenkamp from Roadprotect requesting for additional documentation, that was submitted on the same day. On 7 March 2022 after not receiving a call, a sms or a email from Roadprotect I called them, the lady I Spoke apologies and assured she will get back to me, today after no one got back to when I called I am told it is Northwest Provincial Government fault.1. I work for North West Provincial Government and it will not take a 6 year old child 6 weeks to renew a license, this is not NWPG fault 2. After 5 weeks of no communication as was told nothing happened and was told Road protect will get back to me, 1 week later nobody got back to me and now it is Government fault pathetic. Stay away from this people and Wesbank be careful who you endorse on you webpage
