It is impossible for me to get finance with Wesbank because they insist on getting a letter from HR. HR does not provide letters to a third party for any reason. I sent them my letter of employment, they say its not my ****ing initials. They want HR to draft a letter explaining that I earned a prorata salary in september because I started on the 7th and I obviously can't be ****ing paid my full salary for sep. My manager provided an email which was forwarded to WesBank confirming everything but they want a letter with a company letter head. The email has the digital signature of the company.

I even app**** for finance separately, Wesbank needs 48 working hours to validate my information such as proof of residence (my 2 bonds are with FNB), my salary (Goes into a FNB cheque account) and my ****ing FNB bank statement.
