WESBANK BASICALLY FORCING ME INTO REPOSSESSION
What does it take to get a settlement letter from Wesbank. After months of emails and calls to Wesbank and their delay tactics which has now put me in the line of legal action... I'm still waiting for a settlement letter from Gugulethu and Althea, it's been a month now.
Received an email from Nonkululeko dated 2/11/2021 advising that they have obtained Judgment therefore cannot accept a payment arrangement. This has been a year of sending emails and calling Wesbank and making payments.... with that being said, CAN I PLEASE HAVE THE SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!!!!
