Wesbank bad car finance service

I have app**** for car finance and completed the application online almost a month ago and to date, I stil have not received the car nor is the applicqtion complete. I am sooo upset as I need to follow up too many times. The actual consultant went on leave or something, but now the application is just lying there. Their website should say 30 days instead of 3 day service. Please help...
