WESBANK ARE TRYING TO ROB ME!!!

Good day,

I have just received a message from Wesbank threatening to add shortfall insurance to my vehicle which I financed through Wesbank (which i now regret). In my 20 years of financing vehicles with various banks, this is the first time i have a bank trying verify if I have insurance and then threaten to insure my vehicle on my behalf. Well Wesbank, I have always had comprehensive insurance and still do. I have emailed you proof, please look out for it. If you do not want me as a client then please tell me as I have been a diligent customer by not missing a single payment or delay a payment, I will gladly refinance and move on. But please, don't rob me without my permission. FYI, you claim to make contact with me numerous times, yet i only spoke to a consultant once. Undoubtedly a horrible discomforting experience when a bank threatens to do this when the client has done nothing wrong. Look forward to your response so that I better understand if you have any knowledge on customer service. Kind Regards, V Maharaj. ***

Thanks for responding Wesbank/FNB, much appreciated. However, you haven't answered the question of whether you will taking money from my bank account without my permission for the policy in question??? I dont see a cancelation letter for the policy YOU FORCED ONTO ME!!! Also, please advise on who would be my contact to obtain a letter of settlement, I think its time to move on from Wesbank/FNB. NO HUMAN BEING should be put in this position where a DEBIT ORDER IS FORCED ONTO THEM, ESPECIALLY IN THESE COVID TIMES WHEN PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE. I FEEL DISGUSTED, AS IF I HAVE DEFAULTED EVEN THOUGH I DID DIDNT FAULT IN ANY WAY. You are bank, managing peoples finances is your primary object, atleast do that properly by treating all the WESBANK/FNB clients with dignity and respect, don't take that away from them as you need your customer base more then they need you.
Please resolve the matter urgently.
