Wesbank are **********

Wesbank are **********,they don't care about customer service or anything, except for enriching themselves and getting more money out of you as a customer.I negotiated with Wesbank regarding paying my car,I couldn't afford to pay the arrear amount as I'm unemployed.I then continued to pay the installment. Then wesbank turned around and app**** for a court order.I was then in talks with them again through a representative of theirs in order to rather evaluate and sell the car in order to have a huge shortfall as I'm currently unemployed. Just as I was waiting for the other offers on the car ,they sent the camera cars to come fetch car. These people pretend to be from the Sherrifs office, they were rude and not willing to listen to anything that I had to say. The car was taken from a 3rd party as I wasn't there. They didn't produce anything or even make the 3rd party sign anything or even advise where my car was taken to. I contacted the agent I was dealing with from Colserve to advise that I have received an offer of R250k from We buy Cars.

I sent numerous emails to Wesbank requesting information of where my car has been taken to and what is the process going forward and also asking if the offer I had was going to be considered or not.Whilst I was still waiting for a response, I received an sms which said my car has been evaluated for R130k and it had a number that Iist call.Upon calling the number trying to reach The Tracy Salter referred to in the message, I discovered that the number was non existent and was changed. There was no other way of contacting the person. I then sent an email again after managing to get their email address using my own contacts and she still hasn't responded to the email which I sent with the attachment of the offer from We Buy Cars

I also discovered that this person is in the Jhb office and has a jhb contact number and not a Durban contact as previously communicated in the message. So this means that Wesbank is just ticking a box of saying we sent a message advising you as the client but you didn't call. Also I've called 3times on the number trying to get hold of this Tracy person and aI just get put on hold and told they are checking if she is available up until the phone is hung up.

From all the offers I got there was not even 1 that was less than R200k yet their evaluation is at R110k how does that happen ?So that means Wesbank want to continue sucking money out of me even though they know that I can't and won't afford this?

I will never finance anything through these people again ,they lie to say they are willing to help customers yet they know that they are just interested in making more money.

I'm looking for a new bank ,this is day light ******* and it shows that they don't care
