Wesbank Approved dealer sells me car with blown turbo

I bought a car February 2016 from Paradigm Auto in Strand Cape Town. The dealer does not want to fix the car despite reports from Ford stating the turbo is blown. Wesbank has not once taken legal action against their approved dealer instead they are taking legal action against me. Beware certified dealers mean nothing. Anyone with similar issues please email me at ********** as I am building a case and knowledge of your mistreatment by Wesbank dealers would be of assistance.

The dealer offered upliftment but with a bill of R40 000 despite the value of the car being only R150 000. The dealer wants to charge me for damages including a battery since the car has been standing and they are charging me for usage that they have incurred and they are charging me for spray painting despite the fact that they had the car parked in the sun with the windows open next to a spray booth for months. Everyday I had seen the car it was parked in a different spot. I have photos to prove. I also have a recording of Mike Buys the owner of the dealership threatening to do something to me he might regret if I dont take the car as is.

Wesbank have done nothing to help me as a customer despite clear evidence of their approved dealer committing ******* acts and lieing about it. They have however been supporting him.
