Wesbank and their terrible employees

In April 2022 I was retrenched from my employment, I contacted Wesbank informing them of this and their reply was that I don't qualify for retrenchment benefits. In June 2022, I found new employment and then again contacted Wesbank informing them of this and also stating that I had to take a reduction in salary, I asked for assistance in the sense that please reduce my installment, their feedback was that they can only do this once I pay them a lump sum amount which could easily be between 20 and 30k, I proceeded to tell them this was impossible as my credit score has been affected by defaulting on payment. They have sent a tracer to come and collect the vehicle from me in August 2022 where I had the option of paying the full arrears amount or voluntarily surrender the vehicle. I don't have the full arrears amount and in order to do my job, I need the vehicle.

I received an email from a Wesbank agent informing me that they will have no option, but to take legal action. I asked him AGAIN if a payment arrangement can be made and he has given me the option of repaying the arrears amount over a period of 6 months which I still cannot afford. Please understand that I want to continue my payments and keep my vehicle so I then asked him if he can please extend my contract, and his response was that this is impossible as it's been discontinued. I feel like Wesbank is doing everything in their power to not assist me. Their call centre staff is rude and definitely not helpful
