WESBANK AND MOTORITE WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!

So Wesbank gave my details to motorite to offer me a product meant to extend my maintenance plan once the current one was finished. The guy reassured me that they would only charge me once the maintenance plan is finished. I then asked him again to confirm if they would charge me after the maintenance plan, and he then reassured me that they will charge me after the maintenance plan.

A few days after I saw an email that said that I am scheduled to pay the premium this month in February 2023. I then called Wesbank and then the lady which helped me said that they will request for the product to be removed. Fast forward to 12/02/2023, and the premium is still reflecting and is due for payment.

Wesbank is working with ******* which also makes them ******* as well. Why are you lying to your loyal clients. I have been faithful to you with all my premiums but you sent out a ******* to **** me and jeopardise my finances. Is this part of your mission and vision as a business, ******** your clients. The fact that you have the odesity to sell your client's personal details to any third party business without our concern is worrisome.

Guys please be careful with this wesbank business as they are not professional at all. They even sell you products without you signing the documents. WESBANK YOU NEED TO FIX MY PREMIUMS RIGHT NOW AND CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES. SORT OUT THIS MOTORITE ISSUE AT ONCE! YOU HAVE MADE ME AN ANGRY CUSTOMER! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES! YOU DESERVE 0/5 STARTS, YOU AND YOUR STUPID MOTORITE AGENTS!!!!!!
