Wesbank and covid-19

We have a small construction company, we live month to month on what we do. Amidst the outbreak of Covid-19 and the national lockdown we have had to shut our business doors and stay at home. For the next 21 days(maybe longer) we will have NO INCOME. We phoned wesbank only to be informed that we will have to pay either 50% or whatever we can. We can't pay ANYTHING. No one knows what is happening and the debit orders are still going to go off. Leaving us with no money and still, no income. We have been with Wesbank for over 20 YEARS, we have paid our loans over the 20 years without fault. Where is Wesbank's loyalty towards us when we are forced to stop our livelihoods and for the safety of our customers, employees and ourselves stay at home?
