Wesbank: An atrocious response

Just another day in the "paradise" of automated responses and no satisfactory service delivery to past Wesbank clients. So... many years ago my dad purchased a Nissan X-Trail from a dealership in Newcastle and obviously Wesbank did the financing. My dad has filed all documents, invoices etc pertaining to this purchase in a file, but Wesbank still has the logbook / registration form which was never delivered to him. It has been years since the vehicle was fully paid up. So... I was asked to sort this out. Well, to no avail, I emailed their customer services and although a response was sent I am still in the dark as to whether this logbook / registration form can be sent via courier to me as my dad now lives with me and is in my care. They say that clients cannot use their walk in centres and obviously emailing queries is of no use either as matters remain unresolved. Wesbank can you please RESPOND TO THE EMAIL WE SENT AND GET THE LOG BOOK / REGISTRATION FORM to us so that this vehicle can be sold?? My dad wants to sell this vehicle as he is too old to drive it and still...no response from Wesbank. They mention a courier service, but did not even make a call or confirm my dad's details or consider the use of a courier firm. What must he do? So my request to Wesbank: Please check and read emails thoroughly, give a sensible response and actually DEAL WITH CUSTOMER ISSUES. Maybe I should drive to the walk-in centre, chain myself to the vehicle and then just sit there and be a nuisance so that this matter can be dealt with and my father will no longer be traumitised regarding this matter that has now taken very long to resolve. Oh and another thing, we arereferred to the Wesbank app. Why must I download an app if neither him nor I are current clients. This app fetish is driving me insane.
