Wesbank - Always late on delivery

We've requested original registration documents for 2 tractors and received a confirmation email from Wesbank on the 14th of June 2019 which confirmed that you received all necessary documents and payments and that the registration documents will be couriered to us and we should take delivery between 7 - 10 working days. It is 2 and an half months later and still no documents??????
