Wesbank agent inconvenience
It is terribly disapointing when I can't get the responses I need from an agent. I've been trying to purchase a vehicle from my late friends estate and merely wanted a R40k loan whil I put the rest in as a deposit. Simple request.
At first the agents were eager to assist me, I provided everything they needed from me to go through with the sale. However, 2 weeks in I started hitting a stalemate.
I had to leave the country for a while and kindly notified that I won't be contactable and as a result we could pick up upon my return. Less than 18 hours later I get a mail stating they're not able to get a hold of me or the executor and now the process is stalled. Also, I've then only been informed that They don't loan out for anything less than R55k. Perfect, fine. I'll take the R55k loan.
But nobody has gotten back to me regarding a recalculated loan agreement or anything.
What do I have to do to get some sort of service? I've previously had Wesbank financing another vehicle years ago and never had this kind of issue where agents don't listen, nor understand. So much for solutions
Please help me! The reference in my email subject line is: Re: Sale of Vehicle *** w*** - [External Email] [#***]
