Wesbank adding random fees to car installments

Wesbank adds fees to monthly car installments, after checking my statement it seems they have been adding these random fees and even three times charged interest every single month, when adding all this up it seems I hardly pay anything towards the actual vehicle which means I am going to be paying off my vehicle for the rest of my life because of all these fees being added etc. I did email the Wesbank rep. and reported this, but nobody gets back to me.

Please can someone assist me to get this resolve and check what I signed for and what has been deducted from my account since inception.
