Wesbank acting ******** and ignoring a court order therefore not recognising the authority of our courts. I had a car finance account and was sequestrated in 2013. Wesbank received the L& D accounts and payments by liquidators were made according to Sizwe Mhlangu and Emma Mathafeng who assisted me a wesbank collections. There was a rehabilitation order granted in 2018 but they refuse to remove the adverse amount on the credit bureua and said that there was a shortfall which they need cleared!!! Obviously this ia also against the national credit act but clearly Wesbank feel they are above the courts, the constitution the law and anyone else
