Wesbank account indicated in areas

Good day

I humble request that Wesbank update my status in credit buro regarding the account I one had with them I reeived an ITC report and it shows that I was in arreas since December 2017 of 9 months which is not true as I was paying the account everymonth on the agreed amount installements, it also appear I was in areas since that time to January 2019 yet the account was paid in ful 15/11/2018 and I have paid up letters and I have papers that gives me a right o register the car on my name. I really need this to be clrared as it is affecting me for any future credit applications. Can someone assist ASAP Thanks
