Wesbank ****a shop

Wish i read these reviews before i started dealing with Wesbank private finance. My ****a shop on the corner offers better service. understaffed, rude and abrupt when you eventually get hold of them. no consideration for your situation (no urgency). Its a take it or leave it kinda service. If my private seller would i would stop the transaction right now in the middle of this and start over with their competitor. Ayanda Faku and his team leader are full of **** and offer no value. Sent a email to the "customer service email and they rep**** telling me that they will forward on the email to 'private finance dept' lmfao. thank you for your service!!! word of advise if you still thinking about dealing with this business, Dont. Its been 7 days past my first interaction and they still havent contact the seller to inform him he is part of the transaction and to explain the process. The seller is a nice guy but im sure he thinks im blowing smoke up his..... Anyway, dont say we didnt warn you. dont waste your time. .
