Wesbank a hard cold coperate bank that sees you as a number seek options from other banks rather

My experience as followed: I bought a car through Wesbank and settled all money's on the 22nd of January 2021 of which my contractual obligation ended towards Wesbank, Wesbank recorded the settlement and stated as much in a letter. yet came February and again they claimed another instalment on my account. I phoned customer care and they confirmed that my obligation had ended and can they start a refund process. Thus to any potential customer to Wesbank I want you to consider, if you have children in our economy today do you have enough funds to sustain an extra instalment in your budget while you wait for Wesbank, that is a cold coperate bank and seeing you as number on a system, to finish their processes for a mistake they have done, furthermore I want to ask you to think if you have enough funds to sustain all your other debit orders so that the mistake made by this cold coperate bank that only see you as a number process their processes and I want you to think if you can afford in our economy to have a revised credit score due to a hard, cold coperate bank that sees you as a number. I am of view that I will never recommend this hard, cold coperate bank that sees you as number that make mistake to your demise because your the little guy and they are this coperate Giant, if possible go seek fianance from a bank that has a hart that sees you as a client in your enviroment and not as a client in their hard and cold enviroment, with our current economy you have the power to do business with a bank that understands you and not one that understands their processes on mistakes, mistakes may leave your kids without food for as long as they finish their processes with a OOPS, sorry nê.

So this is my opinion:
Yet another process that will look at the problem and see how to get it resolved.
Wesbank, you did not have the right to take money from my account, you are acting ********ly. It is as easy as #wesbankpaybackthemoney. You took money from my bank account without any authorisation as our contractual obligation to oneanother ended the moment I made a payment of the settlement of my account and you confirmed that it has been done, bringing the contract to an end. What do you call it when you take something from someone that is his property and not yours without proper authorisation?...

So this is privately send, I believe that who ever see my post must know the whole truth so let us not reply privately.
I can see no reason why your action rob me of my time, you have my number, you made the mistake, you as a bank and me as a previous client the responsibility is at your side, stop your processes and complaint resolution again just pay back the money you took without any authorisation after our contract obligation came to an end, again the question what do one call if someone take something from someone that does not belong to them without authorisation?...
