Day light ******* I have recently purchased a vehicle on finance and every time i paid an additional payment they reduced my monthly installments , but the day i paid a huge monthly installment they say it takes 15 days to recalculate my new monthly installment. What i dont understand is why it takes 14 days jus to do one recalculation , this is a way for wesbank to collect more interest but small additional payments get recalculated immediately . It is really sad and dissappointing as i have been a long and good standing customer with wesbank and there for will never ever finance via wesbank again. Every bank if u do a transfer into another bank takes maximum 3 days to reflect which it did , but wesbank chooses 15 days later to recalculate so they can get more interest yet they are sitting with ur money in there account for 15 days.

First and last vehicle to finance with wesbank again . If nothing is done about this in the next 3 working says i think it would be best to take this to all social media platforms so ppl would know the day light ******* of taking our money and sitting with it for 15 days but refuse to recaluclate the new monthly installments.
