Wesbank

I have been under debt review since 2015 and paying my Wesbank account via DC. I received a notice from the NCR that my debt councellor has been changed as my previous councillor did not renew his licence at the end of 2018. I met with the new debt councellor in February 2019 to discuss my accounts and was instructed that they would be in touch with all my creditors to re-structure my accounts as this had not been done in the first place. During this process I missed 3 payments to Wesbank whilst awaiting certicates of balance. I then received threatening letters and emails from Lincoln Hofsta informing me that no repayment proposal would be entertained by Wesbank and they would be filing for a court order to attach the vehicle, I have subsequently been paying my initial full premium directly to Wesbank over the past 6 months and will continue until the vehicle is paid up. I sent through my latest proof of payment to Lincoln Hofsta this morning and requested my latest statement in order to see what is still outstanding on the vehicle only to receive a threatening response once again confirming that Wesbank is just awaiting the court order to repossess the vehicle, this is after I have made full premium payments to Wesbank for since May 2019. Could someone at Wesbank that understand s what customer service means kindly contact me to resolve this as soon as possible. I am reluctant to have any further dealing with Lincoln Hofsta as he is arrogant and does not have a clue how to deal with customers in a professional manner.
