I have been asking vwfs to cancel their outsdanding debt insurance since i now have my own insurance. I am now paying 6200 for a polo vivo 2017. I am not happy with this.

2. about a refund that is due to me. I am still waiting since last year for a refund from wesbank. below is a email that was sent to me

Thank you for your recent correspondence.

Kindly be advised that the Comprehensive Insurance Company advised that there is a refund due in respect of the Driva Cover deductions as they are currently processing it on their side.

We are able to confirm whether it will be paid to your personal bank account or your vehicle finance account; however it will be paid once it has been processed.
