Wesbank

I financed my Audi last year via Wesbank. I put down +-R80k on the car. I contacted Wesbank and told them that I am not happy with the car, as the new car has over-spray on the back of the car. Long story short the car was buffed by Audi Bloem and it was better. A few months down the line I could not make payments. I told Wesbank I have a buyer for the car. But there will be a R20k shortfall and asked them if I could pay them back. I was told NO! They will take and sell the car. The car was taken and sold. I made contact with the back with no response. Now 7 months down the line they want to list me for outstanding debt. Why was I never notified? My e-mails was not returned. They sold the car for less that I could get... This is not the way one treats a customer that wants to solve the issue.
