WesBank

I bought a car from Izaane who told me that the papers are still with Wesbank and he is battling to get papers. He was first told that there's an amount still to be paid by the previous owner. Since he could not trace the previous owner he paid off the balance himself. After all the hustle with paper work he lost interest and sold it to me. Then after i bought the car i emailed them and informed them i bought the car and i would like to know how to go about it and they said only Izaane can be given the car papers but when Izaane calls he is told something different to what i was told. They now question the signatures... The car owes R3400 for licencing as i write this and it's still going up. I need help on this matter. Wesbank is playing hide and seek with my car papers.

Rodney from Wesbank contacted me 14.07.2016 aound 10h:00 in relation to this problem, he requested supporting documents which i did sent to him on his email address and he promised to resolve it. I will post the results of his last action.

We are in this situation because we can't find your client as he is said to be some where in Cape Town. If the Bank feels that they can't give the papers why was the outstanding balance requested to be paid? Mr Nadar all means to resolve this matter were tried and to no vail.
You can even contact his family as the are aware of this problem.
