I have paid out my vehicle with wesbank, i went to FNB account several times so that they can request my Natis certificate which they refuse and refer me to online services. I log in in to online and request and nothing received as yet, i again send email from 20/09/2019 and every week i have been sending emails but no response. bad service ever. i have been waiting for paid up letter and Natis letter ever since.
