Wes Bank-Incompentence.

I bought a vehicle through them, drove it for 2 years and then traded it in. My Account was debited every month thus staying up to date . I decided to trade the vehicle . The dealership got the settlement quotation from Wes bank. They settled it and received the Natis documents. Now this place claims that I owe them R5000. This was more than a year ago. All supporting documents was sent to Wesbank at the time. Now this debt collector is phoning me and telling me that I have been handed over. This is Bull ****! Get it resolved Wesbank! The Natis documents was released without full payment...This means that you are not following the guide lines set out in your own contract. How can the Natis be released to a 3rd party if the owner owes money? It does not make sense. Contact me . I don't want to speak with *********** people because I want this resolved and I want my paid up letter
