Wes bank are a bunch of thieve
We received a message today from wesbank stating that they had try to make contact with us many times to get details of our vehicle for insurance (which we had never requested in the first place!!! We have our own insurance ) it also states that because we have not supp**** the detail they will load us on a comprehensive and limited insurance !! I do not understand how they can't load us on anything we did not agree to this is a bunch of nonsense never mind THEFT its is also a complete waste of our time trying to sort this out. I need someone from wesbank to contact me so this can be sorted out! We do not want you dam insurance!!

We have tried but have been successful in our attempts to contact you regarding this complaint.
This undertaking serves to confirm that comprehensive insurance is maintained in line with the terms of our Agreement and the intention herein is to reduce our shared risk, with Hollard acting as our agent in order to establish contact.
Even though the POPI Act has not come into effect, we value our customer's privacy and have concluded the necessary arrangements with Hollard to ensure that none of the customer's information is compromised as all parties act within the respective regulations.
You may alternatively send your insurance information directly to *** to settle any doubts that you may have in this regards (please include your account/client or ID number in the body of the mail or on the respective copy for appropriate allocation).
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
