Weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for my doc
On 1 June 2005 I requested an updated copy of the natis document from Wesbank after the engine on my car was changed. I had all the paperwork done and the registration updated. All I needed was the updated copy of the natis document.

Wesbank the requested a payment R364 which I paid on 9 June. They then requested more documents from me and after some back and forth with them I submitted everything to them on 1 July. I got an email response that I will receive the document shortly. I followed up after a week by telephone and email and I keep on getting told that they'll send the document. They sent the wrong document a few times and when I called the call centre on 14 July I spoke to a manager that assured me it will be sent by the end of the day.

It's now the 17 July and I called again and spoke to the manager. He passed the buck stating that someone in the back office was supposed to send it. But I still don't have the document.

Can I please just have my document?
