Webank giving out our information to people without surnames and unprofessional people

I have arrears on my account though they are for last year,which i have never missed a payment in 2018,now on the 03 April i called Wesbank to make payment arrangements only to be told that my account is with legal whicH i was transferred to the department which i was told i need to call federal on ********** 110,which the number didnt go through then i called back the wesbank to verify the number that when i got to be told that i need to call Lesiba (without a surname) on ********** 577 which i found it improper for Wesbank not to have the guys surname,only to find out that the guy Lesiba without a last name have been to our complex servel times during working hours and couldnt go in then on the 26th March evening he went to the complex and started harassing the security guard whereby he told the guard that he is hidding me and he called some guy whom they said was a police man,whom they forced their way to the house only not to find me but knocked at the gate to find my daughter and just leave a piece of paper written Lesiba with the numbers ********** 528 & ********** 578,my bother is why is he not leaving a proper business card why no surname,now he is even telling the guards that i am his girlfriend like really now,how come FNB as a big entity do they have our information given to people that their staff cant find their surname.I feel so harassed by this Lesiba guy i feel he is now acting unruled and not professional, why is he being violent cause the guards told me how violent he is, i wanted to make arrangements but why am i supposed to speak to someone whitout a proper identifications.Lesiba is really not professional at all i must tell you Wesbank he is not doing a proper job, why come during working hours and ant night,where is his business card a proper and formal one?i feel so not safe as i am dealing with a person i dont know and who is not identifying himeself.I once spoke to him as he call me from ********** 110 and didnt give me his last name nor make arrangement but asked me when will i pay and where is the car,so unprofessional period.
