We bank is ripping me off with escalation fee of 12 000 every month

I bought a car through Westbank, our agreement is that they must debit a certain agreed amount. However every month they are charging me EXTRA 12 000 as an escalation fee. This is except their monthly debit order. My balance goes up instead of going down.
