<p>A document was requested from Wesbank to authorise the repair of my Mercedes Benz vehicle. The 'consultant' said their average response time is 24 hours (for a simple standard letter that is used daily ?) to issue the letter. Following up the next day, we got told their response time is 48 - 72 hours. How is that for service?</p>
