Waste of time no were dose it say the company needs to be 3 years and more

So I was given the task of going to find a new vehicle for the company I work for. I went off for three weeks to different dealers to find a vehicle and found one my Boss was happy with. He toke over from there to get finance for the vehicle. The dealer email us all the docs we needed to fill in, ie Three months bank statements, directors ID, Proof for residence and the company's finances. so we waited, 4 days later we get a reply from Webank Unfortunately the application declined due to not meeting the risk scoring criteria. The bank require the company to operate and be registered for at least 3 years before they consider financing. The business has no history of finance, so there is no reference for them to base their assessment. So why did you not tell us before we filed in all the documents. and how do you think a company will grow with out the help of the Bank. Wesbank you are a Joke
