Grateful for employees such as Waseema Pietersen that treated me with patience, grace and kindness. Two weeks ago I spoke to her and she explained one of your processes to me in simple terms (language that I was able to understand and not internal jargon) and with such knowledge and insight. I was indecisive for a few weeks and upon taking action on the last day, she acted efficiently and with urgency - and explained the process to me again - even with my multiple questions. I cannot thank her enough for treating me like a human being and for being graceful. I appreciate your help, Waseema. Keep up the fantastic work.
