wanted to make arrangement but was told NO
I just had a consultant wont didn't identify himself, he said he was here to get the car, I was not informed of my rights at all nothing was read to me. I offered to settle the account as I was going through a rough patch, he said it was late and tht they will conduct me. <br> <br> I only read on the law rules now, I have the right to say no which was not told to me. I feel I was treated unfairly as now I wont hv transport to go home.<br> <br>

Thank you for your concerns highlighted. We have been in contact with you to discuss the matter further. Kindly be guided by the Terms and Conditions of your agreement which clearly stipulates that your monthly instalment should be received on the agreed due date. The account payments were not honoured adequately and the Bank is within our right to collect the vehicle due to non payment. We have been in contact with you and once the agreed amount has been received, the vehicle will be released.
We empathise with the unfortunate change to your personal circumstances and trust that you will now be in a position to honour this obligation.
