Want to pay arrears

No matter how hard I try to get bank accout details to pay my arrears I cannot find any correct details. After many calls I got bank details and was told that via eft I should use the bank name Wesbank but that is not a bank name listed on standard bank list of names. Besides that I tried First national bank as wesbank is a division of fnb yet then the branch code i was given, 255005 is not listed. I tried googling resulta for banking details with no help. So can someone please tell me what the banking details are to pay before I get ****** blacklisted because someone thinks I am not complying. Please give me a call on *** or at work on ***. Thank you.
