Can wesbank please do their work. I experienced such good service from fnb, but wesbank car finance is a mess. I've been waiting for a few days now and still no response (via mail). I'm on hold now waiting for 31 min.....so when does one decide to put down the phone???

I would like someone to contact me with regards to my account. There is an outstanding amount (balance) and extra payments made (seen as available). I would like to settle my account but require the extra payments to be carried over to the balance because I'm under debt review and fnb's automated system cannot generate a settlement document. Debt rescue also has no idea how to handle this. Their amounts outstanding does not reflect your outstanding amount. Please provide details of someone who would be able to help me.
