WAKE UP WESBANK

I lodged a complaint.

Apparently they never sold the debt to MBD debt collectors, so seemingly MBD must of been in my imagination!!!!!!! Wesbank had an agent call me and say that the 6 year old debt has not been prescribed because they delayed it due to a judgement in 2014. I asked why does the judgement not reflect on my credit profile, she says no not a judgement like that????

She then proceeds to give me examples of why debt can be delayed in prescribing which is irrelevant to me. Makes a comment that Wesbank has been in touch with me, whenever I ask questions or for proof thereof she defaults to standard responses and speaks over me.

I have requested a copy of this Judgement that Wesbank did in 2014, I have emailed and I have had no response.

Wesbank is a bunch of *********** bullies - I await a copy of this judgement so I can submit to the FaisOmbud and BankingOmbud - but they dont respond to my requests???? Why??????

CRSCBAE7 - Zabonzile Hogins , literally should not be in a customer resolution department, she has the ability to make a bad situation worse. I refuse to speak to her.

Why wont Wesbank send the judgement they apparently have in 2014, and proof of the supposed correspondance thereafter???????????
