WAITING FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR FOR A REFUND

My vehicle was repossessed in Nov 2016 and sold at an auction in January 2017 for more than the amount I was owing. I have been waiting for almost a year for a refund from Wesbank. The matter was also reported to the TOOTHLESS NCR. Nothing is coming out of this query.
