Waiting 14 days for refund after finance of my vehicle has been paid up!!!!!
My insurance has settled Wesbank and they still deducted the installment for September. They advised that the refund has been processed and paid when I called on the 12.09.2022 but now when I followed up with them today they said the payment has not been released. they are quick to double debit or give us a bad credit rating when we default but not quick to refund us.
