VW Financial Services

<p>My car was financed with VW Financial Services and TOP UP COVER was forced on me with THEIR own provider. Although i am in the industry i was unable to take my own top up cover.</p> <p>My car was then ****** less than a year later. My OWN insurance settled the claim and there were some finance charges still outstanding queue REGENT with TOP UP COVER. They have only settled a portion due to the warranty...WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REST. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR????? VW Financial Services send me letters threatening the credit bureau and legal action. I am yet to receive a call for this and i CANNOT get through on the numbers provided to resolve this problem. THIS is no longer my problem this is VW and REGENTS problem. SORT IT OUT AND STOP THREATENING!</p>
