VERY UPSET
I'm Extremely upset I got retrenched 3 months ago ,my vehicle is financed with west bank I've been paying each month religiously for 2 years ,i phoned west bank 1 month ago and explained my situation they said they can't do anything for me I also don't have a credit protection policy in place ,I'm currently 2 MONTHS in arrears<br> <br> Yesterday out of the blue COLSOL a collection agency for west bank phones me and tells me i need to pay 70 % of the amount in arrears or they will collect the vehicle and sell it on an auction, the sad part is I've been paying this vehicle off for 2 years because of my situation they want to take my car away for being in arrears for 2 months not willing to make any arrangement with me this is the sad part of being a loyal client ,how heartless can a company be <br>

This is however only possible when you are both willing and able to commit to the conditions of a short term and conclusive arrangement, which we will gladly accept in good faith. It is never our intentions to worsen your plight however the change to your personal circumstance does not however bestow unilateral reprieve if we cannot come to an amicable understanding because a credit account cannot be suspended for six months. In view thereof, the Bank reserves the right to enforce the terms of the Agreement in order to minimize the impending losses.
We therefore implore you to make payment toward the outstanding amount or to cooperate with our recovery efforts.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of best intentions.
