Very slow or no response

I am trying to sell a vehicle. I did all the paperwork as requested and sent it through to Wesbank. This now is 3 weeks with no movement on the transaction. The lady assissting me cant give me further updates and the contact number she sent does not allow me to speak to a person in the department handling my transaction. Whereto now?
