Very poor service!!! No help!

<p>I made an arrangement to load a debit order for my vehicle payment. This was supposed to happen on the 1st of June. However no debit order went off. Thinking I don't want to make any late payments I made a manual payment on the first thinking the debit order was never loaded. Surprise suprise I wake up in the morning of the 2nd and the debit order went off. So I made a double payment. I went to Fnb in Eldoradopark and was put through to Wesbank where I spoke to an Anthony Car who promised a refund within 48hrs! Today is the 10th and no refund!!! He rather sent me an e-mail saying that I need to forward my request to another department! !! What rotten service!! Wesbank I want my refund immediately! !</p> <p> </p>
