Very poor service!

As I have lost my job in September, I immediately make arrangements with Wesbank and all my debtors to move my debit orders to the 1st of each month because all of them were set for the 25th of each month, as it was my pay date. I've send numerous emails to Wesbank, went personally to Fnb and sent emails to all other debtors in this regard, I also disputed the payment date but still Wesbank send the debit order through after I moved the debit order date! I previously complaint about the same issue on Hallo Peter, the matter is still not resolved and costing me terrible amounts of money I have to pay due to penalties, which Wesbank and Fnb is not refunding! This stupid mistakes is costing me penalties, I dont have money to pay for. And it is not my fault but because of Wesbankl's incapability of doing their job! On my behalf I did everything to keep all payments, to all creditors up to date but Wesbank is really making it impossible to continue doing it! Besides paying Wesbank to be able to keep my car, I am a single parent with a child in school and we have everyday living expenses to. Today I received an sms from Wesbank stating that the amount due will be deducted on the 22 of December! What do I have to do to get this problem solved?????
