VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Treats their customers very badly and with no respect. Denies you your consumer right. So unfairly treated. No Mercy heartless do not want to even allow me to make a payment agreement. Unfairly repossessed my vehicle without any summons. Struggling to get to work. I am a shift worker and i tried for almost 2 months now to come to an agreement with them but no joy. Treated so unfairly. Please do not ever sign a contract with WESBANK because they do not treat their customers with care. It has lead my wife to having uncontrolled hypertenson and depression through all the drama they have caused my family and i. Please stay far away from Wesbank.
