Very disatisfied

<p>Natalie Alam at Wesbank was very unprofessional and did not allow me to talk or ask any questions. She treated me like a someone without a brain, she was degrading and the service VERY unsatisfactory. I will have to wait for my vehicles papers of which I may never get. It is a concern that people like this in her position have no intent on helping their clients. </p>
