Very disappointing attitude towards clients.
Ashley or whoever that first contact me have failed to contact me again, but give a false impression on Hellopeter that they are handling the query. So why mislead the public? I'm really disappointed that there is no quality control, feedback or monitoring of complaints from Wesbank.

01 Jun 2015, 12:12Hello Mystic,
Thank you for bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention once again.
WesBank has been in contact with you since your initial complaint after your Toyota Financial Services (TFS) application was declined. The reason for the declining of the deal was explained from the onset because additional supporting evidence was required. TFS management reverted with feedback in terms of your deal with an interest rate offer, to which you indicated you will think about the structure of the deal. Feedback to this effect was shared with WesBank as a courtesy and for audit purposes. We once again wish to emphasize and reiterate that TFS is an independently accredited financial services provider and that this was their deal and in view thereof, our influence is limited however we are certain that they would have been in a position to meet or better any competitive offers if you had advised them of same by giving them the opportunity to do so.
We trust that the above is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
Kind regards,
WesBank
