Very disappointing aftersales service!!!

I phoned Wesbank for a settlement figure and was quoted an amount which was valid for 30 days. I paid the correct settlement amount quoted on the very same day that I got the quote (24th July 2017). It has reflected as being paid via an EFT. Now I went onto the website to ask for my Natis documents to be forwarded to me and after a very lengthy process, the website stated at the end of it all: Sorry, webpage not available!!! Besides wasting my precious time, it is very careless of Wesbank not to have it's sites checked on regularly. Secondly, I noticed that they will be deducting my instalment again on the 8th August 2017!!! This is ***** and sheer *******. Why must i have to fight for my rights??? Doesn't Wesbank have a conscience? I am thankful for them financing my vehicle and they too benefitted from the interest I paid monthly. But now that it's paid up, do they have to treat me like ****??? I DON'T OWE them anything as far as their own quote is concerned and I was never backwards with any payments of mine. I have cleared this account, yet they want to fleece me for more instalments!!! Furthermore, they owe it to me to send me my vehicle documents, not make me stressed about it. I wish someone out there who cares about customer service will contact me urgently.
