Very Bad Service

I lived in Botswana for some time, in 2011 I bought a vehicle (Kia Sportage) and it was financed by Wesbank Botswana. In 2012 I relocated back to South Africa and was in contact with Wesbank Head office in regard to the said vehicle. I was told they will be able to import the vehicle to South Africa. The vehicle was re-financed in South Africa and the debit order was going of my business account for a number of moths. To my surprise and after Wesbank was informed by myself and the imports company that the vehicle can't be imported to South Africa, they denied and said they will be able to import the vehicle. During November 2014 the vehicle was still not imported and I still paid for the vehicle on a motherly basis, only to find that the vehicle was deregistered in Botswana and could not be registered in South Africa. Now I had a vehicle that was not on the road anymore and without been licensed. Emails about this issue was send a number of times, a meeting was held at Wesbank to resolve the issue to no avail. The vehicle was taken back to Botswana to be re-registered and sold by Wesbank for less than the settlement on the vehicle. Now I'm responsible to settle the outstanding amount on the vehicle. I didn't even gave permission for the vehicle to be sold for that amount.

This was communicated to Wesbank's personnel dealing with this issue, and every time the matter was referred to their legal department. It's been going on since 2013 and still not resolved. I've send them mails to arrange for a meeting with all relevant people involved to be present to resolve this issue, without any success.

Due to this action my company has a bad record and reputation. What do I do?
