Vehicle Registration papers

<p>After settling a vehicle with Wesbank the registration papers delivered turn out to be copies. The original reg papers are required to re register a vehicle. Surly the bank is aware that originals are required to re register!!</p> <p>Wasted time taking off work to go to the licencing dept to find out I have a copy of the registration papers.</p> <p>WESBANK WHAT NOW?</p>
