Vehicle paid up but refuse to refund extra funds

I went under debt review and just after I went under debt review I sold my vehicle and the vehicle was settled. Due to some unknown reason the NPDA paid an amount R2210 in January 2016 after the vehicle was settled in November 2015.

I sent them certified ID's, proof of banking details, statement of NPDA, the letter from Wesbank showing that the account is paid up. Now they are insisting on a proof of payment. The NPDA has supp**** a proof of payment from the NPDA and not from the bank. It shows the date it was paid, the amount and references but they insist on a bank proof of payment.

Why the hell is this such a mission. There is an amount of R2210 that is lying on a closed account. IT IS NOT YOUR MONEY. You received the money that was owed to you. Pay back my money. Why are you insisting on a proof of payment. I have provided you with MORE than enough documentation to prove I am the owner of the account and the monies that was paid into the account. This is flippen ridiculous!!! I have been struggling with this for more than a week now!!
